An ex-neuroscientist, Alanah holds an MSc in Science Communication and Public Engagement from the University of Edinburgh, with a focus on comics. Her dissertation 'To The Stars', completed during an internship at ESA, focused on the use of narrative in comics as a tool to communicate science.
